About This Space

The apartment is a semi-basement located in the City of Heraklion, on a quiet street just steps away from the bus station, supermarket, bakery, and a 6-minute walk from the city center. The apartment (20 sq.m.) is fully equipped and very cozy, with modern decoration. It stays cool in the summer and warm in the cold days of winter. Whether for friends or couples, family or newlyweds, business trips, or vacations, this apartment will make you feel at home!

The Space

• A double bed with soft and clean linen
• A fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, toaster, etc. (basics like coffee, tea, sugar)
• A luxury large fan for the summer and heating provided for the winter to make your stay even more pleasant
• Free Wi-Fi
• A bathroom with towels, shampoo, and shower gel
• Plasma TV (with FREE Web Browser app + 500 channels)
• NETFLIX
• Iron
• Hairdryer

Please note that this is not a hotel, so you are expected to leave it as clean as you found it. You have to clean the dishes/kitchen and throw out the garbage before you check out.

Guest Access

You have access to the whole apartment.

Other Things to Note

• Prior to your arrival, I will get in touch with you to confirm the check-in time. If you are going to arrive earlier or later than the agreed time, please let me know through Airbnb private message to arrange it if possible.
• Check-out time is before 12:00. You’re welcome to request a late check-out, but this is not guaranteed and I can only confirm 24 hours in advance.
